Data we collect
When you submit an inquiry through the contact form, we collect the information you provide:
- full name;
- email address;
- company, organization or institution name;
- the content of your message, if you choose to provide it.
Your full name, email address and company, organization or institution name are required so that we can identify your inquiry and respond to it. The message field is optional.
When you use the contact form, certain technical data may also be processed where necessary to protect the website from automated submissions and other forms of misuse.
Purpose and legal basis for processing
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, continue the communication you initiated and consider or prepare a potential business engagement.
Depending on the nature of the communication, processing is based on Novelty’s legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and conducting business communication, or, where applicable, on taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
We do not use information collected through the contact form for purposes unrelated to the communication you initiated unless another appropriate legal basis applies.
Storage and access to data
Information submitted through the contact form is stored in the website database and forwarded to Novelty’s business email account.
Access is limited to those who need the information in order to respond to inquiries, conduct business communication, perform administrative tasks or maintain the technical systems involved.
Where necessary for the operation of the website, certain data may also be processed by providers of hosting, email and other technical services used by Novelty.
Contact form protection
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect it against automated submissions, spam and other forms of misuse.
For this purpose, Turnstile processes limited technical data and signals, such as IP address, browser and device information, and other data required to determine whether a request is legitimate.
As Cloudflare operates internationally, certain technical data may be processed outside the Republic of Serbia in accordance with the data protection mechanisms and safeguards applied by the service provider.
How long we keep data
We keep personal data for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including ongoing communication, consideration or delivery of a potential engagement, and the protection of legitimate business or legal interests.
If the communication leads to a business engagement, data that becomes part of business or accounting records is retained for the periods required by applicable law.
When there is no longer a purpose or appropriate legal basis for keeping the data, it is deleted or otherwise removed from active records.
Your rights
Under applicable data protection law, you may contact us to:
- request access to personal data we process about you;
- correct or complete inaccurate data;
